Call for Applications: Independent Consultant to Evaluate Bids for Hosting the EPSS Infrastructure

The West African Monetary Agency (WAMA) invites applications for the recruitment of an Independent External Consultant to conduct an objective and unbiased evaluation of bids submitted by selected ECOWAS Member States and regional institutions to host the components of the ECOWAS Payments and Settlement System (EPSS) infrastructure.

The selected consultant will work closely with WAMA and the Technology and Rules/Operations (TRO) Committees to carry out a comprehensive assessment of all submissions, undertake on-site verification missions, and produce an evidence-based final report aligned with the approved evaluation criteria.
